Welcome ToBago is a digital platform designed to help residents and visitors discover and experience Tobago through events, festivals, culture, attractions, businesses, community engagement and visitor information.

Contact us if you experience difficulty with creating or accessing your Welcome ToBago account, login or verification, updating your profile, notifications, location permissions, community features, check-ins or other app functionality.

Welcome ToBago provides information on events, festivals, attractions, businesses and other Tobago experiences.
If you identify information that appears incorrect or outdated, please contact support@welcometobago.com and identify the event, location, business or listing concerned.
5. Community Support
Welcome ToBago may allow registered users to create posts, comment, react using Give Heat, participate in discussions and interact with community content.
Users can report content or activity they believe violates the platform’s community standards. Reports may be reviewed by authorised platform administrators or moderators, and appropriate action may be taken where necessary.
6. Location & Check-In Support
Some Welcome Tobago features may use your device’s location, including interactive maps, nearby experiences and GPS-based check-ins. You can manage location permissions through your device settings. Certain location-based features may not function if location access is disabled.
QR check-ins may also be available at participating events, attractions, businesses or experiences.
7. AI Tobago Concierge
The Welcome Tobago AI Concierge helps users find information about Tobago, events, experiences and available services.
AI-generated responses may occasionally contain errors or incomplete information. Important information should be confirmed using official notices or with an authorised representative where appropriate. Where available, users may be transferred to a live information agent for additional assistance.
8. Safety & Emergency Assistance
Welcome ToBago may provide safety information and mechanisms for requesting or reporting assistance.
Welcome ToBago is not a replacement for official emergency services. If you are experiencing an immediate or life-threatening emergency, contact the appropriate emergency service directly.
